I feel good about the amount of herstory I have done about my past. But I still am too often filled with catastrophe stories that I tell myself. So, while fear is not showing on the outside, clearly these steps off the path come from fear. Looking to know more about mindsight and how to bring my mind away from that made up edge. Love Mom
